WINNERS OF "TEEN CHOICE 2013" ANNOUNCED

Teens Cast More Than 150 Million Votes

The following were honored today at TEEN CHOICE 2013, which aired live on FOX from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, CA. This year, teens logged on to teenchoiceawards.com and cast more than 150 million votes in support of their favorite celebrities from film, television, music, sports and fashion.

Hosted by GLEE's Darren Criss and "Pretty Little Liars'" Lucy Hale, the special also honored Ashton Kutcher with the Ultimate Choice Award.

Demi Lovato and Fifth Harmony presented the ACUVUE® Inspire Award to award-winning musician Nick Jonas for his work promoting diabetes awareness and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The ACUVUE® Inspire Award recognizes an individual who has dedicated his or her time and celebrity status to improve the lives of teens. Finally, Little Mix presented the Candie's "Fashion Trendsetter " award to Miley Cyrus for her red carpet style and unique fashion choices.

FINAL TIDE OF NOMINEES ANNOUNCED FOR "TEEN CHOICE 2013" AIRING SUNDAY, AUGUST 11, LIVE ON FOX

"The Heat" and "Man of Steel" Lead Third Wave with Most Nominations
Lucy Hale, Ian Somerhalder, Laura Marano and Leven Rambin among Choice Stars Scheduled to Appear

The final tide of nominees has been announced for TEEN CHOICE 2013, airing LIVE Sunday, Aug. 11 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. "The Heat" and "Man of Steel" lead the third wave with five nominations each, while cable drama "The Fosters" garnered four nominations.

Fans ages 13-19 can vote once each day per category for their favorite TEEN CHOICE 2013 nominees at www.teenchoiceawards.com. Voting ends at 11:59 PM PT on Saturday, Aug. 10.

TEEN CHOICE 2013 celebrates the hottest teen icons in television, music, film, sports, fashion, comedy and the web. Lucy Hale, Ian Somerhalder, Laura Marano and Leven Rambin join previously announced stars scheduled to appear Erin Andrews, Skylar Astin, Abigail Breslin, Emblem3, Max Greenfield, Simon Helberg, Demi Lovato, Bridgit Mendler, Hailee Steinfeld, Bella Thorne, The Wanted, Russell Westbrook, Rebel Wilson, Lily Collins, Alexandra Daddario, Liam Hemsworth, Brandon T. Candie's, the retail apparel sponsor of TEEN CHOICE 2013, will debut its fall "Candie's Only at Kohl's" television commercial, featuring pop sensation Carly Rae Jepsen, with a continuing commercial that will air throughout the TEEN CHOICE 2013 broadcast. The concept of the commercial is innovative, as it features Jepsen offering viewers exclusive live flash sales on select Candie's product available exclusively at Kohl's during the TEEN CHOICE 2013 awards show. This is the first time a fashion brand has created a live selling event during a broadcast program. Fans and viewers will get a chance to purchase Jepsen's Candie's picks at limited- time prices. The Candie's exclusive live flash sales items will only be available for 48 hours on Kohls.com, from 7:00 PM CT on Sunday, August 11 through 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, August 13.

On "Best Song Ever" Niall, Louis, Harry, Liam and Zayn deliver yet another memorable modern-pop classic. Fans can get their first taste of "Best Song Ever" when the new trailer for THIS IS US launches on the One Direction official VEVO channel today. With a sky scraping sing along chorus, One Direction's new single expands their sound yet remains as irrepressibly infectious as ever.

One Direction are currently on a worldwide tour in support of their second album TAKE ME HOME, while THIS IS US will be released nationwide August 30th, 2013. The band will make a special appearance on NBC's the Today Show Summer Concert series on August 23rd in support of the film. One Direction have just announced the first two legs of a worldwide stadium tour for 2014 - including eight sold out dates in the UK and Ireland.

PARAMORE TO PERFORM FOR THE FIRST TIME ON "TEEN CHOICE 2013" LIVE SUNDAY, AUGUST 11, ON FOX

Liam Hemsworth, Logan Lerman, Lily Collins, Alexandra Daddario, Brandon T. Jackson, Chloë Grace Moretz and Tyler Posey Among Stars Scheduled to Appear

Grammy-nominated and platinum-selling rock group, Paramore, will perform "Still Into You" from their self-titled hit album on TEEN CHOICE 2013, airing live from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, August 11 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. This will be the group's first appearance and performance on the TEEN CHOICE stage. Paramore are previous winners of eight TEEN CHOICE awards, including Choice Music: Rock Group 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011; Choice Music: Rock Track 2008, 2009 and 2011 and Choice Music: Album - Rock 2010. They are once again nominated for Choice Music: Rock Group for TEEN CHOICE 2013.

TEEN CHOICE 2013 celebrates the hottest teen icons in television, music, film, sports, fashion, comedy and the web. Liam Hemsworth, Logan Lerman, Lily Collins, Alexandra Daddario, Brandon T. Jackson, Chloë Grace Moretz and Tyler Posey are among the stars scheduled to appear. Additional performers and presenters to be announced.

"Paramore," the critically-acclaimed self-titled new album from recording group Paramore, exploded to the top of the SoundScan/Billboard 200 after its first week. The album's phenomenal success represents the three-time Grammy Award-nominated band's first No. 1 album on the Billboard charts to date. Since releasing the gold-certified debut album, "All We Know Is Falling," in 2005, the band has shot to international stardom, thanks to a strong connection with fans. "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" leads the TEEN CHOICE 2013 nominees with seven nominations.
